Single Motor verses Dual Motor...which is best?

Single Motor Riser Recliner Positions

Single Motor

Single Motor Recliner options

The Single Motor Riser Recliner action uses the smart 3-button handset with useful clip and back-light. The single motor action fully raises the footrest before the back starts reclining and reaches full recline position of 45 degrees (less reclined than on Dual Motor designs) from a starting position 20cm (8") from the wall. The large reset button can then be used to return the chair to the sitting position.

Dual Motor Riser Recliner positions

Dual Motor

Dual Motor recliner positions

The Dual Motor Riser Recliner action adjusts the backrest and footrest independently, offering a near horizontal position (needs a 38cm (15") gap from the wall and has an 'reset' fifth button on the handset to return to the sitting position. This handset also features a useful clip and back-light.
